Shri Adusumilli V Raja Mouli, IAS, a native of Krishna District, AP is a B.Tech Graduate from Andhra University with specialization in Instrumentation.
He was a topper in Civil Services 2003 examination and was allotted Uttar Pradesh cadre. He worked as Collector for the districts Noida, Jyotiba Phule Nagar, Mau, Hardoi, Bijnor, Budaun & he is presently working as Collector of Ballia District in UP.
Mr. Mouli is known for his Integrity, Honesty & Simplicity. He has outstanding command in Telugu and Sanskrit.
