Education News “It might have been a suggestion. It was partly misunderstood and misinterpreted. The proposal was made in good spirit,” Union Minister of State for Personnel Jitendra Singh told.

He added that the Centre had not yet taken any decision on the matter.

“Time to time certain decisions will be taken. We always try to improvise but in this case no decision has been taken yet,” Singh said.

He was replying to a question on the controversy over the proposal to make changes in the allocation of services to officers of the All India Services (IAS, IFS, IPS and IFoS) after completion of the 15-week foundation course.
