Note: All the questions will be objective type with alternative choices out of which one will be correct answer. There will be penalty for wrong answers marked by the candidates. For each wrong answer marked ¼ of the marks assigned to the question will be deducted from those obtained

The Descriptive English Test will be conducted only through online mode. Questions will be displayed on the screen of your computer. Answers are to be typed using the keyboard. You will get 45 minutes to answer the questions.

Syllabus

  1. Test of Reasoning:
    Number Series, Coding -Decoding, Sequence & Series, Alphabet test, Classification, Blood Relations, Direction Test, Venn Diagrams, Group Reasoning, Number, Ranking & Time Sequence Test and Logical Arrangement of Words.
  2. Test of English Language:
    Antonyms, Synonyms, Paragraph Questions, Spelling Mistakes, Comprehensions, Sentence Rearrangement, Error Correction, Articles and Prepositions.
  3. Test of General Awareness:
    Current Affairs, Banking, Finance, Sports, General Science, History & Culture, Geography, Polity, Economy, Books and Authors, Awards and Important dates etc.
  4. Test of Quantitative Aptitude:
    Simplifications, Numbers, Problems on Numbers, L.C.M and H.C.F, Average, Ratio and Proportion, Time and Work, Boats & Streams, Age Relations, Percentages, Partnership, Simple Interest, Compound Interest, Geometry and Data Interpretation.
  5. Test in English Language (Descriptive): Comprising of Essay, Precis & Comprehension
